FAQ'S

The general booking hire is 3 or 7 days from the day and time the item is booked in for. Each day is calculated as 24 hours from the selected hire date. Additional hiring days are available with a fee of $10 per extra day you wish to keep the garment as long as the item is not already booked out for these days. Please contact us immediately if you wish to extend your booking, and a member of our team will be able to assist you in the product availability.

All of the pieces we have available were purchased brand new and are authentic. Every piece we have available to hire is in brand new condition and dry cleaned from the previous hire. We do not hire out any items that are damaged, faulty, stained or dirty.
